This is Team Assignment and my portion is part (B). I only need around 350 words count for this assignment. My team would use the job analysis on Police Officer.
In preparation for this assignment select a type of job (e.g., police
Officer, physical therapist, photographer). Based on your selected job, prepare a 1,050 to 1,400-word paper in which you address the following items:
A. Using one of the job analysis methods, conduct a job analysis for your selected job.
B. Describe at least two psychological tests that can be used to identify qualified individuals for your selected job. (MY PART)
C. Recommend at least three methods that can be used to assess an individual’s performance in your selected job. Be sure to include the rationale for your recommendations.
