FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE.
I need you to please complete this Nursing Patient Plan of care base on my patient medical Diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease. I need you to follow all the instructions and if have concerns please ask me.I will attached all the information from the patient, including medications.
1ST PART :
In this part “Brief textbook Picture” i need you to compare the left column which is what the Research have said about Alzheimer’s disease and to the left write the comparison to the client.
2ND PART:
The nursing diagnosis i choose is “RISK FOR INJURY”
Please review the Supportive Data which i have already add information, i only need you to elaborated. In the Goals please create a long within a month and short goal within a week for that patient who is at risk for injury that must be realistic and measurable. And complete and elaborate more on the Evaluation of Short Term Goal table.
