Write a report of your analysis of a current health promotion/ disease prevention or other PEM for its effectiveness and appropriateness for the target population.
Assess the elements in the grading rubric for the PEM you selected in your paper:
Include a copy of the PEM or the publication information link.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.

Write a 900- to 1,050-word (minimum) paper that analyzes a current health promotion pamphlet’s appropriateness for the general public.
Assess the following elements of the pamphlet in your paper:
- Layout appeal
- Content quality and accuracy (evidenced based)
- Determines and then discusses the calculated Reading level of the PEM by using a recognized tool (check in your text books to select a tool).
- Describe usefulness to the target population of the pamphlet
- Discuss the cultural competence of the PEM
- Note hints or tips provided in the pamphlet for self-care management
- Discuss the use of the REALM TOOL that measures medical literacy in relation to your pamphlet (see your textbook to find this tool)
- Paragraph transitions are present and logical and maintain the flow throughout the paper.
- The tone is appropriate to the content and assignment.
- Sentences are complete, clear, and concise.
- Sentences are well constructed, with consistently strong, varied sentences.
Includes information for the pamphlet by submitting at least the first page and one page of content or providing the WWW link in the references
