During this week you will spend at least 2 hours educating men and women on common health issues. For example: family planning, safe sex, Pap test, self-breast exam (men and women), prostate exam, or testicular exam.

Assignment Requirements
Before finalizing your work, you should:

Out of Class Activity Written Guide for Endocrine, Women’s, or Men’s Health Education
Advanced practice nurses spend a great deal of time promoting health by educating patients and their families on how to prevent illnesses or diseases. For those patients who currently have a chronic health issue it is important to educate them on how to better care for themselves to prevent the condition from worsening or causing other problems. Create a template for an endocrine issue in week 4, women’s health issue in Unit 7, and for a men’s health issue in Unit 8.
