1. Charismatic Leadership: Discuss whether this leader demonstrates charisma according to Weber’s approach. Use at least one source with an example from the library to support your rationale. If this leader does not demonstrate charisma, use research to explain how he or she became a famous leader despite lacking charisma. Include the following in your discussion:
v What is the locus of his or her charismatic leadership?
v Which values does this leader demonstrate?
v What drives this leader?
2. Servant Leadership: Discuss whether this leader demonstrates servant leadership. Use at least one source with an example from the library to support your rationale; you may choose to use the Udani and Lorenzo-Molo (2013) article that was required for this unit. If this leader does not demonstrate servant leadership, use research to explain how he or she became a famous leader while lacking servant leadership. Include the following in your discussion:
v What is the locus of his or her charismatic leadership?
v Which values does this leader demonstrate?
v What drives this leader?
3. Transformational Leadership: Is this leader considered a transformational leader? Is this leader known for contributing to either major changes or innovations that occurred in an organization, industry, nation, or the world? How did these major changes or innovations affect other people’s lives? How did these changes impact culture on an organizational, societal, or global level? Use at least one source with an example from the library to support your rationale.
