Learning Needs Presentation
Submit a 10-12 slide (or 3 slides per team member) PowerPoint presentation communicating a new professional development program for your organization or community. When designing your program be sure to consider the learning barriers and opportunities that are inherent in any organization or community. The program must also keep in mind the diverse population needs. Include in your presentation demographic information, nursing trends, and employer needs as well as gender and generational issues.
Also, include appropriate methods for home, agency, classroom, or community setting. Suggest appropriate tools for measurement and of outcomes. Include in your presentation the rationale for your selection.
