Your final strategic plan is now due. Your final paper must 8 pages long. It should include all seven elements of that you have submitted throughout this course. There should be an introduction that identifies the healthcare provider you selected and a conclusion. Be sure to incorporate feedback that you’ve received from your instructor. The paper must use a minimum of four academically accepted sources that are cited on the References page and referenced in in-text citations in the paper. APA documentation must be used. Strategic planning is used by business and organizations alike to plan for the long term. In this course, students will develop a strategic plan to improve the health for a defined population. This may be the people in your community or patients at your healthcare organization. Beginning in Module 02 when you select and identify your population, you will develop a strategic plan to meet the unique needs of your population. The weekly written assignments through Module 08 will comprise the elements of the strategic plan and you will compile the different elements into your final plan in Module 10 based on the feedback from your instructor.
Your goal is to answer the following questions:
- What will we do?
- Who will we do it for?
- How will we do what we want to do?
Due Date
Your final project is due in Module 10. Along the way you are responsible for researching and writing different portions of the plan according to the following Time Line. You will be given specific instructions for each week in the weekly modules.

Evaluation
Each assignment leading up to the final assignment is evaluated and graded independently. Your instructor will provide specific grading criteria for each step of the project prior to its due date.
